We are excited to help you with your AI Art goals but want to make sure we're aligned on expectations
Services during the time of your sessions is for AI Art training / collaboration including foundational concepts, hands-on training, visual enhancements and more
Though your ultimate goal may be to complete a particular workflow concept (which we are passionate to help you achieve), these sessions are NOT work for hire for specific deliverables/workflows/assets
You will receive any educational materials or workflows that we are collaborating on during our sessions
We strive to collaborate with you to hit your output goals, but this service is focused first and foremost on education/training to enable you to understand and repeat key Comfy/AI Art concepts to get you to your goals
These sessions may cover very new and innovative techniques that may not be fully stable on all environments, so we can not guarantee that a workflow concept that worked in one environment also will work exactly the same in your environment (though we will try to help diagnose and resolve any discrepancies during the current (or subsequent) sessions
Clients agree not to distribute, share, or replicate training materials or workflows for third-party use, whether for personal or commercial gain
Grockster Training is not liable for any unintended outcomes or damages resulting from the application of training concepts outside the educational scope
Services are purchased by the use of support hours which will be used by ComfyUI experts to fulfill requests
Clients will be notified in advanced if their balance of support hours will not support the completion of a request (and they will be told what could be completed with the remaining balance as well as what it would take to complete the full job)
All deliverables produced by support hours will be delivered to you upon completion of the request
Support hours expire after 3 months from issuance (you will be reminded of expiration dates after fulfilled support requests as well as a couple weeks in advance of expiration)
Activities towards deliverables that consume support hours include initial analysis/estimation, implementation, testing and documentation
Clients can notify support using the website contact form if there are concerns with the output of the support request and we will do our best to help resolve any concerns. Based on a reasonable review of the concerns and the initial client request, a determination on next steps may include:
Discussion of any additional support hours needed to complete a significant overhaul/enhancement from the original request
Any minor tweaks that can be completed which fulfill the original request
If serious misalignment from the submitted request, discussion of a fair refund portion realizing work was spent on client's deliverables
